The typical day for a body shop is giving repair estimates, negotiating on the behalf of customers with insurance companies, and then doing the actual work, of course.
Many of our customers don’t know that they don’t have to take the recommendation of the insurance company – They have a right to choose whatever body shop they want when it comes to getting their vehicle back on the road.
As a body shop, we decided that pre-negotiated deals with insurance companies were not the way to go for us, but we still have good relationships with insurance companies. We’ve maintained the freedom to make sure that we can negotiate on the customers’ behalf though, and that is one of the reasons we continue to get great reviews on Yelp and Facebook.
This 2007 Chevy Tahoe is typical day work for us. We repaired the side damage, and, because the impact caused the airbags to deploy, so we had to replace those as well.
