Choosing the right collision repair company can be stressful. While many consumers would like to believe that the insurance company they work with will have their best interest at heart, many do not understand that they are not obligated to go with their insurance companies recommendation.

As a consumer, you have the right to choose where you have your work completed, and choosing the right collision repair company will make a big difference in your level of satisfaction when the job is done.

Here are a few pointers and questions to ask when looking for an auto body shop.

  1. What are their certifications? Training?
  2. How long have they been in business?
  3. What is their reputation? What do their reviews say about how they treat their customers? Their timeliness?
  4. Do they use original factory parts, or aftermarket/used parts?
  5. Do they warranty their work?

Here’s the deal about us. We have been a locally owned Auto Collision Repair Body Shop located in Ventura CA since 1989. I received my training on the job as an apprentice for a body shop in the 1980’s and went on to build one of the most successful locally owned body shops here in Ventura. Auto Body Paint Restoration due to Ventura Fires

The recent fires caused extreme damage and a created a flood of paint jobs for us. Our hearts go out to all of our fellow Ventura County residents who were negatively impacted by the fires.

Our hope is that you and your families are on the mend and that your homes are restored.

We know that our blog isn’t fancy. It’s not supposed to be. We created this site as a showcase for the work that we’ve completed, and to show the quality of the work that we do. We could spend thousands of dollars in investing in a flashy new website, but, we’d rather keep it simple, do what we do best, and pass along the savings to you, without sacrificing quality.  What we do best? Paint and body work for our wonderful customers.

The following series of pics comes from a 2004 Chevrolet Yukon that we recently completed. The side panels of the vehicle were damaged by the recent fires. We think it came out pretty good.
